Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the Case No. T2504680601209, under Section 133(1) CrPC, Police Station Kurwar, District Sultanpur, which is pending in the court of Deputy Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Sultanpur. He further submits that the case is at the final stage but it has not been decided by the concerned court. Thus, he makes an innocuous prayer for direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the case of the petitioner within stipulated period. 3. To which there is no objection by learned AGA for the State. 4. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, notice to the respondent no. 3 is dispensed with. 5. In view of above, without entering into the merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, say within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order in the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Neeraj Pandey, Shashwat Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
