Ms. Ashita Mangal Agarwal, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sameer Kalia, learned counsel for the petitioner says that this is a case of admitted liability and payment is not being made only on account of paucity of funds. She has invited our attention to various paragraphs of the counter affidavit especially paragraph nos.12, 18, 20 and 23 wherein liability has been admitted. She has also invited our attention to the annexures to the counter affidavit wherein also liability has been admitted. 3. On being confronted, Sri Rajesh Tewari, learned Addl. C.S.C. submits that no doubt the liability is admitted but the payment has not been made only on account of paucity of funds. The matter is pending before opposite party no.1. 4. Let opposite party no.1 look into the matter and if the liability to pay the due amount to the petitioner is admitted then funds be released at the earliest. Let this exercise be completed within six weeks. Once the funds are received, the payment shall be made to the petitioner as per rules within the aforesaid period. 5.
