The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Aligarh, in Session Trial No. 409 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 629 of 2023, under Sections 323, 307 of I.P.C., P.S. Civil Lines, District Aligarh, as well as entire proceedings of aforesaid Session Trial, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Aligarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
