Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 13.06.2025 whereby he has been transferred from Ghaziabad to Meerut. 3. It has been submitted that earlier petitioner was promoted on the post of Head Assistant by order dated 10.03.2025 but was posted at the place where he was continuing prior to his promotion but by means of impugned order he has been transferred ignoring the aspect that studies of petitioner's children would be hampered by the transfer and that his mother has serious medical illness which is undergoing treatment at Ghaziabad. 4. It is therefore submitted that direction may be issued to opposite parties to consider petitioner's case for continuing him at Ghaziabad. 5. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 i.e. Additional Commissioner (Administration), State Tax of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pt. S.
