The compromise was verified by the learned court below in Case no. 296 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime 0230 of 2015 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC. The magistrate has made a finding that the applicant and the opposite party no. 2 have been identified by their respective counsels in the aforesaid case only. On the basis of compromise the complainant does not wish to prosecute the criminal proceedings. It is open to the applicants to move their applications in respect of other pending cases.
