Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite parties and perused the record. Instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the charge sheet no.14 of 2024 dated 27.2.2025 submitted in Case Crime No.181 of 2024 under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333 BNS, summoning order dated 22.4.2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.13, Pratapgarh along with the entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No.4356 of 2025 "State Vs. Ankit Mishra & others" under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333 BNS, Police Station Mandhata, District Pratapgarh pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.13, Pratapgarh. After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicants shall surrender before the court concerned and will file the bail application, He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicants within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court. In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed off with a direction that in case, the applicants surrender before the court concerned and apply for bail, their bail application may be considered and decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Further, the applicants will have an opportunity at the appropriate stage to move an application for discharge taking therein all the pleas factual and legal which may be available to them, in accordance with law.
