Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr Uday Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents no. 1 and 3 and Shri Abhinav Narain Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. learned counsel for the respondents points out that subsequent to suspension order of the petitioner the chargesheet dated 20.9.2025 has been issued to the petitioner. Responding learned counsel for the petitioner states that directions be issued to the respondents to conclude the inquiry within specified time. To the aforesaid, learned counsels for the respondents have no objections. Accordingly as chargesheet has already been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner would submit his reply to the same within three weeks from today. The inquiry shall be concluded against the petitioner in accordance with law and relevant rules within three months of the reply being submitted by the petitioner. Needless to mention that the petitioner shall cooperate with the inquiry proceedings.
