As respondent Nos.5 and 6 have been obstructing the petitioner from discharging duties due to change in the political scenario, and have been issued various notices dated 27.08.2024 and 18.10.2024 in a way obstructing the discharge of duties, petitioner preferred present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits as of now the competent authority i.e., the 4'*^ respondent has neither issued any show cause notice nor any proceeding is pending against the 4. 3 HCGRJ W.P.No.lll64of2025 petitioner. As such, respondent Nos.5 and 6 have no authority to obstruct the petitioner from discharging duties. 5. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and 6, has placed on record the written instructions, inter alia stating that in pursuance to notices dated 27.08.2024 and 18.10.2024 issued by the 5 th respondent, report came to be called for and thereafter, the 4'^^ respondent has passed final orders dated 23.04.2025 removing petitioner from service. Copy of the final order dated 23.04.2025 has been placed on record. 6. In view of subsequent developments, as petitioner has been removed from service, cause in the writ petition*does not survive. However, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings before the appropriate forum. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
