The petitioner asserts that the names of one Kandasamy and others were erroneously added in UDR Patta No.2219 and 2257 in respect of Survey Nos.1017 and 992, which belonged to the petitioner's family. After submitting an appeal in such regard before the first respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve weeks. 4.
