Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayers: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Opposite Party No.2 to release the seized vehicle TATA SIGNA 5530.S with Trailer forthwith in favour of the Petitioner. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Party No.2 to accept the remaining loan dues from the Petitioner in easy instalments as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. iii) writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to take any coercive method against the petitioner for recovery the loan amount in lump sum." 3. Opposite party no.2 i.e. Shriram Finance Limited is a private financial institution. No writ in the nature of mandamus can be issued to a private institution. 4.
