Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Shishir Jain, who appears on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following prayer:- "[1] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to make payment bill of Rs. 7,28,090/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Twenty Eight Thousand & Ninety only) which has been submitted by the petitioner on 29.03.2025 in pursuance to letter No. 672/Aa.Pa.Pra/Son.E./RNN/2025, dated 25.03.2025, in the interest of justice." 3. The counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners had executed work allotted to the Firm and supplied the material of sanitary for Gyanpur Katchehary, District Bhadohi. However, despite several representations being made to the opposite party nos.2 and 3, the payment for the same has not been released. The such representation was made by the petitioners on 16.08.2025 through registered post. A copy of the said representation has been filed as Annexure Nos.4 & 5 to the petition. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party no.3- the Project Manager, Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited, Gyanpur Katchehary, District Bhadohi to decide the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vyas Narayan Shukla, Shailesh Kumari Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shishir Jain Inder Chand And Co.
