In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.197 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 337, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5) and 316(2) of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Balrampur. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the aforesaid innocuous request of learned counsel for the petitioner, we hereby dispose of this writ petition finally giving liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of two weeks taking all pleas and grounds, which are Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ramesh Kumar Mishra, Adhyatm Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
