HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 8623 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE PANKAJ BHATIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-respondent(s) and perused the material available on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the appellate order dated 23.06.2025 as well as, the order dated 18.11.2022, whereby directions were issued for holding of the fresh elections from the list of members as is evident from the said order. 3. The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that, the delay in filing the appeal ought to have been condoned. In the delay condonation application, which is on record, no reasons whatsoever given except that the petitioner was unwell for a long time, there was a considerable delay of two years and six months, there being no material to justify such inordinate delay, the appeal was rightly rejected. 4. No good ground for interference is called for in the said order after a gap of three years. 5. Petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
