Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Shishir Jain, who appears on behalf of the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to make payment of rest bill amount of Rs.14,62,333/- (Rupees Fourteen Lacs Sixty Two Thousand Three Hundred & Thirty Three only) which has been withheld by the opposite parties with regard to material supplied by the petitioner for Sewer work at Government Medical College, Firozabad, in the interest of justice." 3. The counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners had executed work allotted to the Firm in 04.04.2019 and supplied the material for sewer work at Government Medical College, Firozabad. However, despite several Representations being made to the Opposite party nos.2 and 3, the Security amount has not been released. The last such Representation made by the petitioners was on 16.08.2025 through registered post. A copy of the said Representation has been filed as Annexure 3 & 4 to the petition. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent no.3- The Project Manager, U.P.R.N.N. Ltd., Firozabad, to decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vyas Narayan Shukla, Shailesh Kumari Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shishir Jain M/S Nitika Enterprises Govt. Contractor Uprnn Thru.
