The challenge in this writ petition is made to charge sheet dated 14.08.2023 issued to the petitioner by respondent no.2. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. During the course of hearing, learned State Counsel submits that charge sheet was served on the petitioner in the year 2023, thereafter final inquiry had already been conducted and now State Government have sought consultation from the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. He submits that as soon as the consultation is received from the Commission, an order will be passed within two weeks. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that the petitioner is a senior most person in the department and just to block his future prospects, such action has been taken by the respondent/department. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with further direction to the respondent to expedite the matter. 8. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the respondent/ State is directed to get consultation from the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission immediately and, if it has not yet been received, send a reminder, further reminding the Commission that such matter should not be delayed. The respondent/ State is further directed to take action within two weeks, after consultation is received from the Commission and immediately thereafter inform it to the petitioner. 9.
