This petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the first information report dated 19.01.2025, as Case Crime No.0011/2025, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 420 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Madeyganj, District Lucknow, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 25.08.2025 received from Sri Janmesh Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Madeyganj, District Lucknow, has raised a preliminary objection that this petition on behalf of the petitioners No.2 to 4 is not maintainable for the reason that final report has already been forwarded in regard to them and charge sheet has also been forwarded against one co-accused, namely, Saeeda and notice upon petitioner No.1 : Mohammad Sarfaraj, under Section 35(3) BNSS could not be served as he is residing out of India. The said instructions are taken on record.
