By means of the instant petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No. 1541 of 2022, pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 42, Lucknow. 3. Having considered the aforesaid prayer and upon perusal of the extracts of the order sheet placed on record, this Court does not find any accentuating circumstances to warrant expedition of the suit of the year 2022. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the court concerned, which shall take note thereof and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. However, it is clarified that in the event any cause for expedition arises in future with respect to the aforesaid suit, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioners.
