Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondent no.1 to grant financial approval to the petitioners' on the basis of report submitted by the Joint Director of Education, Basti Region, Basti. 3. After notice, respondents have filed the counter affidavit. Vide order dated 13.11.1986, Regional Deputy Director of Education, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur had sanctioned certain posts to the institution and accordingly, petitioners were appointed on the sanctioned post. In the year 2004, the institution was brought under grant-in-aid list and the name of the petitioners were not send in MR List to the concerned authorities for payment of salaries in grant-in-aid list and the Joint Director of Education has forwarded the said list to the Director of Secondary Education for considering the name of seven persons excluding the petitioners. Subsequently, after several correspondence between the Director of Secondary Education and Joint Director of Education. Finally, the Joint Director of Education has forwarded the recommendation of the petitioners' case vide letter dated 16.2.2018. After thorough inquiry, the Joint Director of Education has submitted the proposals on 22.03.2010 and subsequently after several correspondence, finally he has made recommendation on 16.02.2018 for sanction of salaries to the petitioners and the same is pending before respondent no.1 since then. Questioning the said inaction, present writ petition has been filed. 4. Though counter affidavit has been filed, but the admitted fact is that the respondents have not passed any orders on the recommendation made by the Joint Director of Education and Director of Secondary Education. 5. In such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1 to consider the recommendation made by the Joint Director of Education as well as the Director of Secondary Education dated 16.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
