Cr.MP No.2909 of 2024 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to stay further proceedings, before the learned trial Court. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no case is made out for staying the further proceedings pending before the leaerned trial court, however, considering the fact that petitioners No.2 and 3, who are father and mother of petitioner No.1, are senior citizens and suffering from various ailments, the application is disposed of by exempting petitioners No.2 and 3 from appearing before the trial Court. However, they are directed to appear through their counsel, on each and every date of hearing and will not raise the question of identity, at the time of recording the evidence, during the trial. However, they are directed to appear before the learned trial Court, as and when, directed to do so. Cr.MP No. 2265 of 2025. By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to expedite the hearing. In view of the factual position, as mentioned, in the application, the same is allowed and hearing in the main case is ordered to be expedited. The application stands disposed of.
