Whereas, the learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Th. Babloo in this application is fairly submitting that there is no substance to be considered. This submission which is made by the said learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. Whereas, the learned CGSC for the respondents/NIA, Mr. Boboy Potsangbam is also fairly submitting that the application may be considered. However, keeping in view of the provision of Section 21(5) of NIA Act, 2008, it is deemed appropriate that the reasons stated in the application are justifiable and acceptable.
