She would further submit that the matter is listed on 10.02.2025 for recording evidence of the doctor, therefore, there is no justifiable reason to consider instant bail application at this stage and the same is liable to be disposed of. 2. In view of the above, the instant bail application is disposed of. However, the applicant is at liberty to repeat the same, if occasion arises in future.
