Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation. 2. Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kakinada, dated 07.02.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the amounts were audited, and six months’ time has been requested by the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation to make the payment to the Writ Petitioner. 4. Ms. K. Devasri Roshan, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, agrees to the said period. 5. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents, including Respondent Nos.2 to 4, to complete the entire Administrative process, both inter- departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual co-operation and coordination, within a period of five (05) months from today, and to transfer the 3 amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within one (01) month thereafter. 6. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (04) weeks from today for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
