ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring action of the 3rd respondent in interfering in civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent in O.S. No 195 of 2015 pending in the court of Senior Civil Judge, Parchuru as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to interfere with the land in the civil dispute in 0.S. No 195 of 2015 in Senior Civil Judge, Parchuru and pass..”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the same, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
