He also points out that the application dated 03.07.2025 was submitted seeking survey by paying the requisite fee. 3.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the survey would be carried out within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Joint patta No.2510 in respect of 0.07.0 ares in R.survey No.355/6 is in the name of J.Dhavamani/petitioner and Mahalakshmi. Therefore, it is just and necessary that the joint pattadhars be put on notice. It is equally necessary that the owner of the neighbouring lands be put on notice. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondent to act on the petitioner's application for survey after putting the joint pattadhars and the owners of the neighbouring lands on notice. The entire exercise shall be completed within 12 weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.
