Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 310(4), 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 10.03.2025 at 1.30 p.m., Kadma Police on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals had assembled at Shastrinagar Block No. 2 near Hardeo Bari Maidan and were making preparation for committing offence, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co- accused persons. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S.
