Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Principal Judge, Court No. 3, Family Court, Lucknow to decide Application No.0523/2024, Under Section 128 CrPC, (Sudha Rawat Vs. Hansraj) relating to P.S. Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow, within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant had preferred an application U/s 125 CrPC, which was registered as Original Suit No.572/2022, and the learned Family Court vide order dated 22.01.2024 had granted maintenance in favour of the applicant. He further submits that the opposite party no. 2 has not paid even single penny to the applicant and being aggrieved by this act of opposite party no. 2, the applicant had preferred an application under Section 128 CrPC on 09.02.2024 which has not yet been decided. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the learned Family Court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 5. Learned A.G.A. appearing for the State has no objection. 6. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned Family Court is directed to consider and decide Application No.0523/2024, Under Section Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Dinesh Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sudha Rawat .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) 128 CrPC, (Sudha Rawat Vs.
