As per the order of this Court, the monthly pension of the petitioner has to be restored at the rate of Rs.10,650/- per month. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as on date, the petitioner is getting pension at the rate of Rs.10,650/-. 4. In view of the same, in our considered view, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. 5.
