THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE N S SANJAY GOWDA ORAL ORDER The petition is filed for issuance of direction to the respondents for issuance of saguvali chit in respect of land bearing Sy.No.25, measuring 20 guntas, situated at - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10376 WP No. 4385 of 2025 Doddamankanala Vilage, Doddabelavangala Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru. 2. It is also stated that there is a resolution dated 27.09.1994 passed by the Land Grant Committee vide Annexure-'A' and also Official Memorandum No. LND/RUC/345/94-95 vide Annexure-'B' with regard to grant of land to the petitioner's husband. Thereafter, several representations were made by the petitioner for issuance of saguvali chit, but the same was not issued. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader on instructions submits that the case of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a span of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. According to the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3- Tahasildar to consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to issuance of saguvali chit in respect of land - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:10376 WP No. 4385 of 2025 bearing Sy.No.25 measuring 20 guntas, situated at Doddamankanala Vilage, Doddabelavangala Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
