This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of First Information Report No.0385/2025, under Section 105 BNS, Police Station Reusa, Sitapur dated 31.07.2025 to another agency so as to meets the ends of justice." 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions received by him from the SHO, Police Station Rausa, District Sitapur, which has been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Charge Sheet No.385/2025 dated 10.09.2025 has been prepared and the investigation has been accordingly concluded against Geeta Devi wife of Ram Milan. 4. In view of above, this petition has lost it's efficacy. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
