It appears that the fifth respondent had given a complaint against the writ petitioner herein. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced copy of the proceedings of the second respondent issued on 12.09.2025 directing the third respondent to shut down the pig farm run by the petitioner. The petitioner has to necessarily challenge the said order in the manner known to law. This writ petition has become infructuous. 4.This Writ Petition is closed as infructuous.
