The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 28.02.2018, whereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed as well as, the order dated 29.10.2011, whereby, the fair price shop licence of the petitioner was cancelled. 3. The reasons disclosed in paragraph nos. 10 to 18 of the writ petition for the laches in approaching this Court, are not satisfactory at all. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of inordinate delay. 4. This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Shivam Mehrotra, who appears for the subsequent allottee.
