HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5320 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This is second petition preferred by the petitioner seeking expeditious disposal of a Regular Suit No.1032 of 2024. 3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner had filed a Writ Petition No.1218 of 2025 (A-227) seeking expeditious disposal of a suit and the same was considered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by means of the order dated 06.03.2025 and the petitioner was permitted to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court, who was directed to consider the same in light of the administrative guidelines issued by the Court. 4. It is in furtherance thereof that an application was moved, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure No.6 and it is further urged that despite the said application, the proceedings have not been expedited. 5. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and also perusal from the material on record, apparently, the written statement has been filed by the defendant of the suit. The suit appears to be fixed for issues. Since, the suit is of the year 2024 and earlier a Coordinate Bench of this Court had already passed an order directing the petitioner to move an application which is pending before the Court, there are no accentuating circumstances for this Court to expedite the suit of the year 2024 Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Tanmay Krishna Srivastava, Govind Krishna Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : Amit Jaiswal Ojus Law Vijay Kumar Upadhyay .....Petitioner(s) Civil Judge S.D. Malihabad Lko And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) 6. It is made clear that mere dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioner, in case if any genuine cause arises in future for expediting a suit of the year 2024. 7. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed. September 8, 2025 Rakesh/- A227 No. 5320 of 2025 2 (Jaspreet Singh,J.)
