This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no.2 to transfer the investigation from the opposite party no.4 to other competent investigating officer of other circle or other investigating agency for ensuring free fair and transparent investigation of F.I.R./Case Crime No.0245/2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), BNS, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Gonda within a period stipulated by this Court" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is not being appropriately conducted by the respondent no.4, therefore,the petitioner has approached to the respondent no.2/Superintendent of Police, Gonda by means of the representation dated 29.07.2025 for transfer of investigation but till date no decision has been taken thereon and prays for direction for disposal of representation within some stipulated period. To which there is no objection by the other side. In view of above,without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2025, expeditiously, say within a period of two weeks from the date of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shiv Poojan Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
