HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 7308 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. Learned A.G.A. contend that the applicants have been identified as among the principal offenders. There are injury reports and witness statements to corroborate the case against the applicants. Prima facie, the ingredients of the offences are satisfied from the material on record. Faced with this, Shri Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not wish to press the prayer sought in the application and recasts the relief. The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant may be permitted to approach the learned trial court for interim bail application/bail application which may be processed expeditiously and as per law. Learned A.G.A. does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer. In wake of the preceding submissions, interest of justice will be served by disposing of the application with the following directions: (i). The applicant may approach the learned trial court for grant of interim bail/bail application as may be advised. (ii).
