Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, Page No.# 2/2 namely, Kashem Ali, was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court, by order dated 24.07.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co- operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 433/2025 dated 29.07.2025. 4. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been submitted and also considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Kashem Ali on 24.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he shall co-operate in the trial. 5.
