Taking note of the fact that the compliance affidavit was sworn on 17.12.2025, the cost imposed upon the respondents for non-filing the compliance affidavit under order dated 06.01.2026 passed in this petition shall stand waived. Along with the compliance affidavit, the respondents have also placed on record a copy of the consideration order passed in the case of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has some reservation to the aforesaid consideration order 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 and intends to avail the appropriate remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law. Taking note of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek an appropriate remedy, as may be available to him in law, for the redressal of his surviving grievance, if any.
