Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties who has been provided written instructions dated 28.08.2025, which is taken on record. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority not to take any coercive measure against petitioner pursuant to cancellation of her Income Certificate dated 30.03.2024. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner had been appointed as Aganbadi Worker in the centre concerned but her Income Certificate has stands now cancelled, against which an appeal has already been preferred and is pending consideration. 4. In view of aforesaid submissions, the concerned authority is directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's pending appeal expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produce before the concerned authority. Continuance of petitioner on the post of Aganbadi Worker in terms of such selection shall be subject to final outcome of the appeal. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
