He is desirous of his posting at 220 KV Operations and Maintenance Division, Piran Kaliyar, District Haridwar. (3) Learned State Counsel submits that the relief as claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted, as it is for the authorities to decide where to post a particular PRD Jawan. (4) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation highlight his grievance. (5) Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. (6) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation. If he makes representation to respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within six weeks thereafter.
