(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Surinder Saklani, Advocate is that the revision petition filed by the petitioner against order passed by Regional Manager/Divisional Manager, HRTC imposing penalty of censure, stoppage of increment and penalty of Rs.63,430/- is not being decided, as a result of which, petitioner is suffering.
2. Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashishta, Advocate, while accepting notice on behalf of respondents, fairly states that the revision petition filed by petitioner shall be decided expeditiously.
3. In view of above, present petition is disposed of, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the Managing Director, HRTC to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner, against order passed by Regional Manager/ Divisional Manager, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks, from today.
