This petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to Opposite Parties particularly Opposite Party No.2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and expeditious investigation of impugned First Information Report No.0258 of 2025, Under Sections 70(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, at Police Station Ramsanehi Ghat, District Barabanki dated 24.06.2025 lodged by petitioner against Opposite Party No.4 and 5 (Annexure No.1), in the interest of justice." Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 28.08.2025 received from Sri Lalit Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki, submits that a final report bearing No.57/2025 dated 13.08.2025 has been forwarded to the Supervisory Authority, who after considering the same, will forward it to the court concerned.
