This petition has been filed with the following prayer :- (i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 8.7.2025 of Case Crime / F.I.R. No.0563/2025 under Section 316(2), 318(4), 352, 115(2), 351(3), 333 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao, as contained in Annexure No.1 in the interest of justice. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned not to harass and arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned F.I.R. dated 08.07.2025 of Case Crime / F.I.R. No.0563/2025 under Section 316(2), 318(4), 352, 115(2), 351(3), 333 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao, in the interest of justice. 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions dated 1.9.2025 of Mr. Uma Agarwal, Sub Inspector, Police Station - Kotwali Sadar, District Unnao submits that Final Report No.B76, dated 22.7.2025 has Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dhruvendra Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
