Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to provide answer sheets of petitioner submitted for purposes of recruitment on the post of Constable Civil Police (Male/Female) 2023 and for information regarding total marks awarded to petitioner. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail a decision by the authority concerned, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Secretary/Additional Secretary, U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow or any other competent authority, which shall provide the answer sheets of petitioner and total marks awarded to him with regard to recruitment on the post of Constable Civil Police (Male/Female) 2023. Such exercise shall be undertaken within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority. The petition stands disposed of.
