Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 2-Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh, District Lucknow or any other competent authority, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of three weeks in the light of disability suffered by the petitioner from the date of production of a certified copy of this order is submitted before the concerned authority. 4.
