Krishna Reddy, learned Counsel for the sole Respondent. 2. The Petitioner herein is the defendant in the Money Suit bearing O.S.No.9 of 2020 on the file of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadiri. He has filed I.A.No.51 of 2025 to place on record Exs.B.1 to B.8. Vide Order dated 10.02.2025, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadiri has partly allowed this application by admitting Document Nos.1 to 7. 3. The eighth document, which is styled as a “Memorandum of Understanding” dated 02.11.2020, was rejected by the learned Judge on the ground that the said document was executed after the filing of the Suit. 4. This Court has considered the contents of the said document, which has been placed on record. The said document appears to have been executed between the defendant/Petitioner herein and third parties on 02.11.2020, which is admittedly after the filing of the suit. 5. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadiri has rightly declined to receive the said document. Hence, there is no merit in the present Civil Revision Petition. 6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 7.
