It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that auction proceedings are going on and the auction date is 25.2.2025. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to deposit the dues of the Bank. 2. Learned counsel for respondent-Bank submits that as on 31.1.2025, Rs.4,04,690/- is due. 3. In view of the fact that petitioner is ready to deposit the amount, let the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- be deposited by the petitioner before 25th February, 2025 and the remaining amount of dues of the Bank would be deposited in six equal monthly installments and the each installment shall not be less than Rs.30,000/-. The installment shall be deposited on or before 15th day of every month with the bank. The last installment would be deposited with balance amount and upto date interest. 4. If the amount is deposited before 25th February, 2025, the auction may be adjourned by the Bank. In default of payment of any installment, the respondent-bank would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law for recovery of the amount. 5.
