Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and the State counsel for the respondents. 2.By means of the present writ petition the petitioners have challenged the orders dated dated 23.10.2024 as well as order dated 23.1.2025 passed by District Magistrate whereby the agricultural patta granted to the petitioners on gata No.544 area 0.3570 hectare situated in Village Pachdevra, Pargana Pachhoha, Tehsil Shahabad, District Hardoi has been cancelled. 3. Learned Standing counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioners have efficacious and alternate remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of U.P.Revenue Code before Commissioner/Board of Revenue. 4. The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the petitioners but it is submitted on their behalf that they may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file revision before appropriate forum.
