That this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to quash the revision order dated 09.07.2025 (Annexure No. 1) passed by Additional District and Session Judge Court No.2, Pratapgarh in Criminal Revision No.268 of 2024 Lalta Prasad & others Vs State of U.P. and Others and also quash the entire No. 942/2016, case proceeding of complaint Heeralal Vs Pannalal & Others, in relation to the petitioner pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D) Room No. 19 along with summoning order dated 08.01.2020 (Annexure No.2). 2. That this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to stay the entire proceeding of complaint case No. 942/2016, Heeralal Vs Pannalal & Others, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D) Room No. 19, Pratapgarh till the disposal of present petition." On account of some formal defects crept in the application, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Kartikay Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Pawan Kumar Kushwaha @ Pawan Kumar And 3 Others .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) applicants to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the applicants as per rules.
