Heard Mr. H. Buragohain, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Iranglube, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. This application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 04.04.2025, passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.281/2025. 3. On that day, the petitioners, Sayera Rahman and Masuma Rahman were given the protection not to be compelled to appear before the Trial Court but because of typographical error, the name of Sayera Rahman was not mentioned in the said order, in her place, the name of Rahman Tarique Mashud was erroneously shown. 4. Therefore, the order stands corrected. 5. It is hereby directed that the petitioners, Sayera Rahman and Masuma Rahman only shall not be compelled to appear before the Trial Court until further order. The name of Rahman Tarique Mashud stands deleted from the order dated 04.04.2025, passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.281/2025. Page No.# 3/3 6.
