Challenging the said order passed by the Writ Court, the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd., preferred W.A.(MD)No.1863 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court allowed the Writ Appeal, vide order dated 11.07.2025 by setting aside the order of the Writ Court dated 03.06.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.11055 of 2024. Subsequently, the review application filed by the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd., was taken up for hearing and the learned Single Judge dismissed the same, vide order dated 01.08.2024, which resulted in filing of the Writ Appeal. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.A.(MD)No.2323 of 2025 3.Once the Writ Appeal filed by the Marketing Corporation Ltd., has already been allowed and the order of the learned Single Judge has been set aside, the review petition itself become unnecessary.
