Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned to issue caste certificate of petitioner of O.B.C. (Loniya) in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Caste Certificate of the petitioner has now been issued and now the petitioner has no grievance. He says that this writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
